I agree that I had been feeling that I am very familiar with many aspects of this sport, and I do not have much to do to challenge myself further. This feeling, however, changed over time passed by. As I have started this sports, I finally realized that I did not improve much in my skills, my physical, and even degraded on my mentality. Until varsity season, I have felt secured in the team until last year, as I was the vice-captain of the team, and had a secure spot in the team. This, however, changed as I started this soccer season. I no longer serve as a vice-captain of the team, and no longer had a secure spot in the team. I am forced to be challenged as I turned out to be not fit enough to play in the team.
I believe this will be a wonderful motivation and a great change for me to use this activity as my active part of CAS portfolio. Throughout this activity, I will try to make myself be more competitive for the tournaments, which I will going to participate. Also, I will try to train to become a faster runner, and physically more challenging, as such qualities were those that I lack the most. I also will going to adapt to the team's play style, I tend to get lost, while playing with the players in the team, since every players have their distinct characteristics or style of playing the game.
Through this activity, Mr. Mike MacLean will going to supervise the activity, as he is our head coach of the team, and I will going to devote mostly 4~6 hours every week to train and extra hours to train by myself.
So did you make the team or not??
